We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, and in their original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number) is required

To start a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Handmade Disclaimer

All our products are handcrafted from Thai clay, and slight variations in colour, shape, or finish are a natural part of the handmade process. These variations are not considered defects.
